By booking an appointment with Velvet Brow & Nail Co., you agree to the following terms.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings made online are requests — we'll confirm your appointment by email or phone before it's finalised.

Patch Tests

A patch test may be required at least 48 hours before treatments involving tint, as a standard safety precaution.
